Changes in appetite during pregnancy

Weight gain in early pregnancy worries many women. Almost everyone there is an idea: "If I will continue as is, then get better for a ton." However, there is no reason for concern. Usually, periods of starvation followed by periods when there is not at all desirable. You can eat a lot one week and next - completely lose interest in food. You should be prepared for such extremes of appetite and, consequently, to an uneven increase in weight. Much of the information concerning changes in appetite, refers to a normally flowing pregnancies, uncomplicated restriction in eating disorders in the power system or exaggerated concerns about weight gain. It is hard to find a woman who would not worry about that too grow stout during pregnancy. Nevertheless, normal weight gain, which is usually 11-16 kg, is very important for the development and growth of the fetus.
