Exercise for pregnant women

They have to make changes to the sport because of the fact that there are changes in their body compared with the state before pregnancy: changing the balance, increases the volume of the circulatory system (which is the cause of fatigue women), nausea and vomiting, there are other unpleasant phenomena, as well as weight increases. Level of physical activity after childbirth usually rises again, when a boy, for whom to care, and a desire to regain his previous form. Recommended exercises include: walking, swimming, followed by stretching, golf, throwing plastic disc (frisbee), tennis, floor exercise (gymnastics, stretching, mahi feet).
