Appetite and cravings for certain foods

QUESTION. I have a poor appetite. What should I do? ANSWER. If your weight is not increased, but there is no appetite for more than a week, you should be eating on the clock, but not when you want. This means that you must eat at certain times and in between snacks. Women who have no appetite, it is recommended, there is often in small portions.
